Shipping Locations We currently offer shipping to Canada and the USA. We're working on expanding our shipping options to other countries, so stay tuned!
Processing Time We're committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed, so you can start grilling with The Grill Shark as soon as possible!
Shipping Methods We offer two shipping options for our customers: Standard and Expedited. Standard shipping is through Canada Post for Canadian orders and USPS for US orders. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.
Delivery Time The delivery time for both Standard and Expedited shipping depends on your location. Here's an estimate of delivery times:
- Standard shipping within Canada: 5-7 business days
- Standard shipping within the USA: 5-7 business days
- Expedited shipping within Canada: 2-3 business days
- Expedited shipping within the USA: 2-3 business days
